What we collect

The only personal information we hold is what you give us in order to compose a journey, plus a little about how you reached us:

• ·Your name, email address and — if you give it — a telephone number.
• ·Your nationality and country of residence.
• ·The journey you compose with us — dates, party, the houses, islands or charters you are weighing, the occasion, and anything you tell us in your notes.
• ·Basic, privacy-preserving information about how you arrived at the site (for example, whether you came from a search engine or a link).

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, to compose your journey, and to arrange your stay with the houses and operators involved.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it beyond the suppliers needed to arrange your trip. We may also use anonymised, aggregate information to understand and improve the site.

Where it is held

Enquiries are stored securely on the infrastructure that runs this site (Cloudflare). Your correspondence is held by the avé concierge desk and the team member looking after your journey.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while we are in correspondence and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that a future journey can begin where the last one left off. You can ask us to remove your information at any time.

Your choices

Write to sales@avejourneys.com to request a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies and analytics

We keep cookies to a minimum. A first-touch record — how you arrived at the site — is stored in your browser so we can understand which channels bring genuine enquiries. It is not used to track you across other websites.
