Kuda Huraa was the first international luxury operator in the Maldives — a Four Seasons house since 1998 and the smaller, garden-island half of the Four Seasons Maldives pair. The cadence is family-led and lively without losing the brand's service spine — a six-time Forbes Five-Star, completed a USD 75 million top-to-tail in 2019, and runs the Apprentice Programme that trains Maldivian Four Seasons staff. Surf is via the in-house Tropicsurf desk, with access to the North Malé breaks; the Marine Discovery Centre runs research on mantas and turtles. The Island Spa is the only Maldives spa on its own dedicated island — a short dhoni transfer from the main beach, with seven over-water pavilions and the signature Night Spa held under the lunar calendar.
